the day that I met you
I lost myself
the day that I fell in love with you
I lost myself
the day that my papa died
I lost myself
the day my mom said "see ya later, bye"
I lost all of myself
but the day that you left me
was the worst day of all
because on that day I lost it all
everything is gone
my heart, mind and soul
nothing is left for me to give
I fell for you
and believed that you did too
but I guess I was wrong
cuz the only thing you lost
was your dignity
Ive lost my essense
my very pressence in this room
I am barely above being ignored
slightly noticed am I
but what I hold dear I must hide.
through all the trials and tribulations
Ive lost more of myself then can be imagined
now I am slowly building back up
what you tore down.
